Night and Day. Although both deliver an email to an inbox, that is where the similarity begins and ends.
Email Radar is a dynamic marketing tool that allows you to data mine client and prospect information and then quickly and easily respond with unique messaging to select groups based on criteria you determine. Email Radar not only provides the ability to segment and create groups based on specific, predetermined criteria, it introduces the concept of Dynamic Groups. A Dynamic Group updates each group before a message is sent. When a prospect becomes a client in your database, that new client is transferred to your preset client group automatically.
Here are some examples how you might use the power of Email Radar to data mine and market to your clients and prospects:
- You can select the Title constraint and choose "CEO", all members who have CEO as their assigned title in the database at the time an Email Radar is sent will receive it.
- Using the built in "Reduction Query", if you select the Title constraint and choose "CEO" and also choose the Zip Code constraint and choose "27607", the results will contain ONLY CEOs in the 27607 zip code.
- However using the built in "Inclusion Query", if you select the Title constraint and choose "CEO" and also choose the Zip Code constraint and choose "27607", the results will contain ALL CEOs and EVERYONE in the 27607 zip code.
- You can also sort from any or all Database Fields from your Member Record including: First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Company Name, Memo/Note, City, State, Zip Code, Country, # of Employees (is less than, is exactly, is more than), Title (any of, none of), Point Of Contact (any of, none of), Member Type (any of, none of), Subscribed to Niche (any of, none of), and any of 10 custom Dynamic Fields.
- PLUS you can determine who will receive your Email Radar based on "open" and "click activity" from the BizActions e-Newsletters. You can select to send to recipients of the newsletter that have opened it within a specific time period or have clicked on a specific category, a banner, or a link to read an article or announcement.
